Because our bikinis are handmade, please allow up to 10 businesses days for your order to be completed, packaged, and shipped. All other orders will be packed and shipped in 2-3 business days.

Orders will be shipped via recycled or compostable polymailer/cardboard shipping boxes.

CAN + USA orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. The fastest chosen shipping time being the determinant on which company your package is shipped with.

You will receive a shipping tracking number through email when your package is shipped!

Orders for the Rest of the World will be shipped via Canada Post.

Although all steps will be taken to minimize the cost of additional charges, Meyli is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Our main goal is for you to have a Meyli item you love. If you receive a damaged product or sizing error please reach out!

We will happily work with you on a case by case basis to ensure that a new product is sent to you that you are more than satisfied with!

We currently accept returns up to 15 days after receiving products. All returns will be granted store credit for you to use however you would like!

Making our swimwear made to order allows us to cut down on excess waste. We only make what is ordered, ensuring that your items in the material of your choosing. It also helps us customize your order to best suit you!

Our swimwear patterns were developed entirely by us! Because of this, the fit and shape of our swimwear is completely unique - perfect for all of us individuals.

For BEST RESULTS rinse your swimwear under clean, cool, tap water ASAP after use. This helps to ensure the removal of any chemicals such as chlorine to prevent the degradation of the materials used. When it is time to wash your swimwear, hand wash with mild detergent, continuing to use cool water. Once done, lay flat to dry.

Pssst, being in a rush we have occasionally thrown our pieces in the laundry machine. Keep it cool and slow - laying flat to dry once the rinse cycle has completed!

No matter where we are in our Supply and Value chain, we aim to be as aware as possible to ensure we are inflicting the least amount of environmental damage.

We ship our products using recycled or compostable poly-mailers or cardboard boxes. Whichever is on hand is what will be used

All notions such as hang tags, written notes, bags, etc. are made out of recycled paper and are compostable

Our swimwear is currently zero waste. We have yet to throw out a single scrap and are currently working on ways to implement these scraps into usable products

Here at Meyli, we strive to ensure voices are heard and employees are respected. From fair wages to respectable work spaces, we ensure that both our employees and the factories we work with treat their employees with top regulations in mind.

Currently our swimwear is made in house, in Canada. For our other products, the factory we are currently working with is TIALS Studio in Bali.

We know that there is so much more that needs to be done within the fashion indsutry. Keeping in mind we are a small company, we are currently doing the best we can with what is possible for us. However, we have a major vision and over the next 5 years, we hope to make the following true:

Ensuring all of our products come from eco-friendly materials. Non-swimwear items being made entirely of materials such as organic cotton, hemp, bamboo etc. With swimwear being made from recycled polyester fibres.

Being able to completely reverse our carbon footprint - becoming carbon neutral as a company!

Becoming a certified B-Corp organization!
